We are working with a high-performing secondary academy in Birmingham to appoint a Full-Time Office Manager for a temporary-to-permanent position. Starting this March, the school is looking for a resilient professional to manage a large, fast-paced administrative faculty.

The administrative office is a high-stakes environment that supports a large body of staff and students. The team is dedicated and forward-thinking, making it an ideal setting for an Office Manager who thrives under pressure and enjoys a varied, challenging workload.

The Role

* Manage the full range of administrative support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team.

* Act as the lead coordinator for onsite services, including facilities liaison and external contractors.

* Oversee the daily operation of the attendance and reception teams to ensure seamless service.

* Produce high-quality reports, minutes, and correspondence for the Governing Body and external agencies.

Requirements

* Exceptional organisational skills and experience managing a diverse team in a large setting.

* A professional, human-like manner with a high level of discretion and integrity.

* The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary £32,020 – £39,186 per annum (Grade GR4).
