Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our Operations team in Milton Keynes. Reporting to the International Logistics Supervisor, this role coordinates shipments, liaises with freight forwarders, manages logistics trackers, and ensures compliance with international transportation regulations. The position also involves maintaining accurate project data, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting process improvements to optimize logistics performance. This role is part of our Remote Monitoring Solutions product line.

Responsibilities
* Process Shipping Queries from Internal and External Stakeholders
* Customer Notification of consignment status to include tracking details
* Liaise with freight forwarders working closely with the International Logistics Coordinator
* Requesting POD from couriers / Carriers
* Raising all relevant paperwork for Outbound Consignments
* Own and update daily logistics tracker
* Maintain all Projects (Sales orders) trackers, analyse data and recommend and communicate action plans to all relevant personnel
* Identify and communicate customers agreed measures/KPIs
* Co-ordinates and communicates new line information, in a timely and accurate manner, to the customer
* Identify & implement any process improvements
* Report daily orders against required targets
* Consignment preparation for despatch and check to align with international transportation rules and regulations
What Makes You An Asset To Our Team
* Demonstrated experience in a similar logistics or administrative role
* Proficient with ERP systems and the full Microsoft Office suite
* Strong knowledge of international shipping and logistics processes
* Excellent communication and customer service skills to manage diverse stakeholders
* Highly organized, able to multitask effectively while meeting deadlines
* Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
* Experienced in working within global and remote teams
* Familiarity with SAP systems
* CDGP Certification (desirable)
