Role Profile
As a Business Studies teacher you will:
* Deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching and learning experiences
* Raise attainment standards and close attainment gaps
* Ensure the progress, achievement and enjoyment of all pupils
* Support pupils’ progress and promote their development
* Encourage and undertake CPD sessions and training
Qualifications
* Strong outstanding Business Studies teacher with a proven track record of effective practice
* Open‑minded, hard‑working and ambitious
* Passion for closing attainment gaps and promoting pupil progress
* Values staff well‑being and is committed to maintaining a positive work life balance
* Ability to progress and undertake CPD and training sessions
