Key Responsibilities:
Providing high‑quality secretarial and administrative support to clinical staff
Managing patient appointments, clinics, and medical correspondence
Handling confidential information in line with GDPR
Audio typing and preparing medical letters
Updating patient records accurately
Liaising with patients, consultants, and external healthcare providers
What We're Looking For:
Previous Medical Secretary or medical admin experience
Strong audio typing and IT skills
Excellent communication and organisation abilities
Ability to work independently and handle a busy workload
Professional, reliable, and patient‑focused
