A multi‑award winning Company, and a world leader in Environmental Test Solutions, is looking for a Technical Customer Support Engineer to provide pre and post sales technical support to customers while supporting the production test areas in fault finding and production resolution.
Responsibilities
* Provide pre and post sales technical support to customers.
* Support production test areas in fault finding and production resolution.
* Liaise with internal and external customers.
* Assist the marketing team with any product or technical changes within the range.
* Ensure testing, mechanical fitting and assembly are all fit for purpose.
Qualifications
* A good understanding of PLC/HMI control systems is essential.
* All‑round electro‑mechanical background.
Benefits
* £47,000 per annum.
