Refuse & Recycling Collector – Full Time
Location: March, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Band 3 £25,583 - £27,694
Job Type: Full Time
As a Refuse Loader, you’ll work as part of a friendly crew collecting food waste from households across the district. You’ll be outdoors, active, and contributing directly to improving recycling rates and reducing landfill.
Key responsibilities
* Safely loading food waste containers into collection vehicles
* Working effectively as part of a team
* Providing excellent customer service to residents
* Ensuring rounds are completed efficiently and to a high standard

* Can work well in a team and follow instructions
* Are physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks
