The role:
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to join our Marketplace Team and drive growth on third-party platforms like eBay, Mirakl, and TikTok Shop. You'll optimise product listings, analyse performance, and collaborate across teams to boost our digital presence and sales.

You will work as part of a collaborative team and have the opportunity to learn best practices for ecommerce success.
As an Ecommerce Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in expanding our company's online sales channels and ensuring a strong presence on major marketplaces. Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Opportunity to take ownership of select product categories
* Run and compile reports to show product sales performance
* Stay up to date on marketplace trends, features, and algorithm changes
* Own the channel metrics, work with operations to ensure these are met
* Assist with best in class product listings across online marketplaces, on time
* Work closely with account managers at the leading channels to improve performance
* Collaborate with product teams to gather and optimise product information for online listings best practice
* Continuously analyse and improve listing quality including titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and imagery
* Monitor online marketplace analytics and identify new opportunities to increase product visibility and conversion
Skills & Experience:
* Passion for ecommerce with an entrepreneurial drive
* Degree in Marketing, Business or related field beneficial
* Excellent IT skills in Office, Excel and listing management tools
* Understanding of SEO best practices for content would be an advantage
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Eager to expand these abilities
* Experience with online marketplace platforms like Mirakl, The Range, Tesco
* Previous experience in ecommerce - trading assistant, executive or admin in a relevant industry
* Strong attention to detail with ability to manage high volumes of product listings with listing best practices.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills key to working with other business departments e.g. Buying & Merchandising, Design, Warehouse, Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of all projects

Note: This is a full-time, on-site role at our Worsley HQ (M28 2LX), Monday to Friday. We welcome applications from candidates comfortable with in-office work.
