1. Shaping and delivering Health Services’ growth and footprint strategy, with particular focus on opportunities beyond existing business boundaries.
2. Leading collaboration with Transformation, CASS and DASCL teams to deliver complex, multi‑site projects across BGUK, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
3. Identifying and developing new business opportunities, partnerships and propositions using market, industry and competitive intelligence.
4. Developing high‑quality business cases for development projects, acquisitions or partnerships, and supporting the creation of robust implementation and integration plans.
5. Working closely with Finance to build and interpret financial models, assessing commercial viability, risk and return.
6. Designing and embedding new ways of working and delivery models across Health Services, particularly where services operate in shared sites or partnership arrangements.
7. Build relationships with Executive and Leadership Teams
