They have a leading energy team providing independent advice on all aspects of energy projects, enabling clients to capitalize on market opportunities.
We have an excellent Birmingham opportunity for an Associate Partner level to provide property services, including temporary access, acquisition, CPO, compensation, and valuation advice to Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects such as Rail, Road, Energy, and Transport. The role involves leading, developing, and delivering strategic and tactical advice to infrastructure sector clients.
Ideal candidates will be RICS Qualified and an RICS Registered Valuer with extensive PQE in a general practice/infrastructure surveying role, with a business development focus and commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in delivering major infrastructure projects for national bodies and corporate investors.
* Prepare valuation reports following client instructions and RICS standards.
* Develop new business and relationships, driving local initiatives.
* Undertake negotiations, valuations, and professional negotiations related to options and leases.
* Conduct feasibility and development appraisals.
* Manage site brokerage ensuring high service and professional standards.
* Negotiate disturbance claims post-works.
* Secure consents for access across third-party land.
* Guide team activities and provide specialist statutory and sectorial advice.
* Manage lease events, asset acquisitions, and disposals.
* Identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and implement policies to improve productivity.
* Lead opportunities from due diligence to project management of capital works.
* Work effectively across teams and offices, fostering internal systems development.
* Ensure legal compliance and manage surveyors and junior staff development.
