About the Role As a KS3 Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning while ensuring continuity for pupils during staff absences. Assignments may range from single-day cover to longer-term placements. You will: Teach and supervise students across Key Stage 3 (Years 5–8). Deliver pre-planned lessons and adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of learners. Create a positive and productive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Has experience teaching pupils within Key Stage 3. Is flexible, reliable, and confident working across different school settings. Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
