Essential Requirements: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential Proven experience teaching Year 4 or similar KS2 year groups Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment requirements Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils Ability to plan engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to diverse learning needs Committed to safeguarding and providing a safe, inclusive environment Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork Role Overview & Key Responsibilities: As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that promote pupil engagement, progress, and enjoyment of learning. You will foster a positive classroom environment, support pupils' social and emotional development, and work closely with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
