Responsibilities
* Lead the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
* Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
* Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
* Develop and implement cost control measures across departments.
* Mentor and manage the accounting and finance team effectively.

Profile / Qualifications
* A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Proven experience in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
* Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
* Proven experience overseeing all departments.
