This is an 'Outstanding School' (Ofsted rated) with just over 1000 students on roll, aged 11-18 years. They offer excellent support and CPD for staff at all stages of their career, including ECTs. Ofsted found pupils at the school to be "happy, well cared for and that they secure excellent academic and personal outcomes". They described the students as "polite, respectful and courteous." The school is extremely proud of their pupils and of all their staff who contribute to the purposeful learning culture within the school.
The Role - Drama Teacher:
* Teaching Drama to GCSE.
* Inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
* Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Contributing to the well-resourced Drama department.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Degree in Drama.
* PGCE or QTS or other relevant qualification.
* Experience as a Drama Teacher, teaching to GCSE.
Salary:
The salary for this Drama Teacher position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract: MPS/UPS.
