Along with a salary of £45,000 £55,000 Bonus, you will also receive: Discretionary profit-related bonus Health cover after probation 22 days holiday (rising to 25) 3 days at Christmas Company pension Free annual eye and hearing tests On-site parking and modern break areas What youll be doing as HSQE Manager Leading Health, Safety, Quality and Environment strategy across two engineering sites Championing engineering-quality excellence across manufacturing operations Developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems Driving continuous improvement and a zero-defect culture Using HSQE data to identify risks, improvements, and actionable trends Supporting client quality assurance requirements and attending audits and client meetings Introducing digital tools to modernise quality reporting and traceability What were looking for in a HSQE Manager Proven HSQE and Quality Management experience within engineering or manufacturing Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Experience in continuous improvement, auditing, and root cause analysis Ability to confidently engage directly with clients Degree or relevant professional qualification This is a standout opportunity to shape, influence and lead HSQE standards within an engineering environment that values precision and quality.
