Care Home Manager Full Time £60,000 per annum CQC Registered Manager Felixstowe, Suffolk £60,000 per annum We are recruiting for a Registered Manager for 2 Side by Side care homes in Felixstowe. About the Home: Set across two homes, Care Home 1 offers residential and dementia care for up to 20 residents and is rated Outstanding by CQC. Care Home 2 rated Good by CQC, can accommodate up to 23 residents with residential and dementia care. About you: Are you passionate and committed to providing quality care? Our Registered Managers lead by example, managing a team of carers and support staff to meet our residents needs on a daily basis. Overseeing all aspects of the home from quality and governance, retention and recruitment and financial performance, you will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Previous management experience in a residential home setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home.
