We are currently recruiting for an experienced QA Engineer to join an established civil engineering contractor delivering a major marine civils project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented QA professional to play a key role in supporting complex marine and coastal infrastructure works. This position is predominantly office based, focused on documentation, compliance and quality systems.
QA Engineer Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Project Manager and Site Management team.
• Managing all project quality documentation and QA processes.
• Preparing, reviewing and implementing Method Statements and associated paperwork.
• Producing and maintaining Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Supporting Health & Safety documentation (HPS).
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, client standards and company QA systems.
• Maintaining document control and quality records.
• Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
QA Engineer Requirements:
• Strong experience within marine civils or heavy civil engineering projects.
• Proven background in QA, documentation control and compliance.
• Experience producing Method Statements, ITPs and project paperwork.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety processes and documentation.
• CSCS Card preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
