Job Position: Key Account Business Development Manager

Description: The Key Account Business Development Manager within Dahua Technology UK Limited plays a pivotal role in engaging with integrators, end users, specifiers, and distribution partners to enhance Dahua's business performance, reputation, and ensure sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

* Explore, identify, and develop significant project opportunities; recognize decision-making chains; establish customer relationships; collaborate with pre-sales engineers and solution architects; manage project processes; lead bidding until closure.
* Promote Dahua products and services to specifiers, integrators, installers, consultants, and end users in the UK and Ireland.
* Follow up on new business opportunities and arrange meetings.
* Prepare and deliver presentations to partners and interested parties.
* Communicate product features, benefits, and developments.
* Introduce and promote the Dahua Key Integrator Partnership Program.
* Provide product and commercial training to partners.
* Encourage specification of Dahua solutions in projects.
* Work with distribution partners to meet business needs.
* Develop market and vertical market strategies for Dahua products.
* Support marketing events and exhibitions.
* Contribute to the growth of the Dahua brand in the UK and Ireland.
* Prepare reports for management and role support.

Additional Expectations:

* Maintain and update CRM data.
* Have relevant CCTV industry experience.
* Respond to sales inquiries.
* Support existing and new customers.
* Monitor activities and produce reports.
* Conduct market research and surveys.
* Attend meetings and training sessions.
