Role Description
Our Client Services team proactively engage with our fund sponsors and others, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of all client interactions, service delivery, and client records. Our Client Services Managers host client visits and chair detailed service review meetings. Providing a link to our in-house operations teams, the Client Services Managers build solid trusting partnerships with all their stakeholders.
Our Client Services Managers worked according to a hybrid working arrangement with regular travel to client’s premises and our office in Peterborough.
Qualifications
You must have experience in a similar role to be considered for this Client Services Manager role. Specifically, you must have sound knowledge of our industry and products to allow you to respond to complex queries in a regulated environment. You must have demonstrable experience of managing client relationships by relying on your exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
