Circa £42,000 per annum, 40hrs per week, rolling shift pattern 5 days in 7, early/middle/late shifts.
Based at our Winchester depot, located at Bar End Industrial Estate.

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Bus/PSV Mechanic to join our friendly team at Stagecoach Winchester. Whether you’re from a truck, HGV, automotive, plant, or rail background, this is your chance to work on a modern and varied fleet, including hybrid and electric vehicles, while helping to train the next generation of engineers.
What you’ll be doing:
· Maintaining and repairing our fleet of buses to DVSA and Stagecoach safety standards
· Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
· Carrying out routine inspections, servicing, and occasional roadside repairs
· Supporting apprentices by sharing your knowledge and experience
· Working safely and efficiently as part of a collaborative depot team
What we’re looking for:
· NVQ Level 3 in HGV or PSV Maintenance (or equivalent)
· Hands-on experience working on commercial or specialist vehicles
· A safety-first attitude and strong attention to detail
· A team player with good communication skills
· Previous experience working on buses or large passenger vehicles (desirable)
