Role Description:
* Manage end-to-end development activities across residential real estate projects.
* Lead feasibility analysis, financial appraisals, and risk assessments to guide investment decisions.
* Oversee planning, design, and delivery phases, ensuring projects meet financial, technical, and operational goals.
* Coordinate with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to secure planning approvals and manage compliance.
* Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flows, and funding strategies to optimise returns.
* Manage relationships with investors, partners, and tenants to ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
* Contribute to project procurement strategies, contractor appointments, and contract management.
* Report regularly to senior management on project progress, performance, and commercial outcomes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing real estate development projects within the UK.
* Must have previous client-side experience
* Must have residential experience
* Strong understanding of mixed-use and regeneration developments, including planning and delivery processes.
* Commercially astute with solid financial modelling and appraisal skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable engaging with partners, consultants, and local authorities.
* Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing external consultants.
* Professional qualification in property, construction, or project management (RICS, RTPI, or similar) preferred.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to problem solving and delivery.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Must have UK experience.
