About the Role
Lounges are special places, and what makes them so are the brilliant people who run them. As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team in maintaining that brilliance, delivering 14 great shifts with the team to ensure every customer leaves happy—thanks to your excellent supervision.
Responsibilities include:

What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or front-of-house team member in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
* Experience working with food and drinks in a bar environment.
* A passion for hospitality.
* Driven and persistent in overcoming challenges.
* Strong literacy and attention to detail for reporting KPIs.
* Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust.
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision under pressure.
* Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, HR, recruitment, and NPS best practices.
