Key Responsibilities
Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities and engaging exercises
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that promotes children’s well-being and happiness
Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a supportive team to ensure every child receives high-quality care
Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, sleep times, and outdoor play, to ensure every child is happy and well cared for
Required Skills & Experience
A genuine passion for working with young children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives
Energy, creativity, and a positive approach to childcare and education
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and parents
Childcare qualifications, such as NVQ or Cache, are helpful but not essential for this role
