Job Description: Night Porter

What you’ll be doing?
As a Night Porter, you will manage the Reception desk during the night shift, taking over from and handing back to the daytime Reception team. Your responsibilities include guest liaison, hotel security, assisting with room setups, luggage handling, and serving drinks—all with a friendly, warm approach.
What you’ll need?
* Genuine, warm, professional manner
* Attention to detail and IT savvy, ensuring accuracy in room allocation, billing, and small details like guest preferences
* Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
* Self-motivated and proactive during the night shift
* Physically fit and comfortable working alone
This role is 24 hours per week, primarily working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.
