The Opportunity: Working as a Showroom Manager within a busy retail showroom specialising in a vast range of luxury interior products As Showroom Manager, you will manage the daily retail sales for the showroom along with a small team of salespeople Managing the entire running of the store whilst following the guidelines given by the Directors Establishing excellent relationships with all customers, meet, greet, showcase the products and sell.
Build a strong relationship with everyone as the Showroom Manager and grow the business in the region Working Monday to Sunday on a 5 day working rota, days will be set and decided by the Showroom Manager The Successful Candidate: Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales success Showroom Management experience or senior sales experience looking for a step up Experience in luxury sales, interiors, furniture, KBB, Tiles, Flooring is ESSENTIAL Showroom Management or senior sales/ Team Leader/ Assistant Showroom Manager experience The role is all about the person! Driven, motivated and ambitious Team player is key!
