An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an amazing global manufacturing company as a Customer Service Advisor. Working alongside 13 others, they are looking for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys providing exceptional customer service to a varied customer base.
Daily duties will consist of:
1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers (B2B)
2. Processing sale orders onto the system
3. Inputting product codes
4. Managing direct shipments from supply to customers
5. Monitoring stock levels to meet customer demands and according to supplier lead times
Working hours:
6. Monday – Friday
7. 8:30am – 5pm
8. Hybrid after 6 months (2 days from home)
The ideal candidate must have a positive can-do attitude and be willing to learn new skills. You will have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, plus good attention to detail and inputting accuracy as high volume of orders.
