We are are recruiting a Data Support Analyst to join our team. This role will incorporate a variety of data responsibilities, including data management, analytics, and visualisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in leveraging data to drive business insights and support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, organise, and maintain data from a variety of sources to support business operations and partner relationships.
* Develop and deliver data analytics and visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
* Design, implement, and document data structures and processes that enhance business intelligence and customer insights.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver actionable data.
* Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all data-related activities.
* Document data management processes and analytics workflows in a clear and concise manner.
What We Need From You:
* Experience with data management, analytics, and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, MS Excel).
* Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to investigate and resolve data-related issues independently.
* Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration techniques.
* Skilled in handling large, complex datasets from on-premise and cloud sources such as Azure and AWS.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
