Key Responsibilities as a Learning Manager
1. Leading on learning strategies and supporting teaching standards across your assigned year groups or departments
2. Working with teachers and support staff to implement targeted interventions
3. Supporting behaviour for learning, inclusion, and pastoral systems
4. Using data to monitor progress, identify gaps, and help plan solutions
5. Delivering small‑group learning sessions or academic mentoring where required
6. Building positive relationships with staff, students, and parents
7. Contributing to whole‑school improvement and maintaining an aspirational culture
What We’re Looking For
8. Experience working in education—ideally in a leadership or learning‑development role
9. Strong understanding of teaching, learning, behaviour, or SEND support
10. Excellentmunication, organisational, and mentoring skills
11. Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels
12. A proactive, resilient approach and amitment to raising achievement
13. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
