Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our legal team, supporting our Corporate Sales and Supply Chain Management functions across global operations.
This role is central to the business, with a strong focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts (sales and procurement), advising on regulatory matters, managing legal risk, and collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels.
What You’ll Bring:
* Qualified lawyer in France – mandatory
* 5+ years of experience in a top-tier law firm or corporate legal department
* Strong expertise in contract negotiation, commercial law, and transactional matters
* A pragmatic, collaborative approach and excellent stakeholder skills
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week working closely with the team in the office.
