Job Description Reporting to the Veterinary International Business Manager you will assist with managing all international technical and commercial activities for our range of veterinary nutraceutical products in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Europe. Your Responsibilities Provide high quality technical and sales support to over 50 international customers across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Europe. Make regular market visits to support our customers, their sales teams, and the veterinarians in their territories. Work with the Marketing team to produce product literature, articles and training presentations, and roll out new and existing materials for our international distributors. Assess customer performance and provide strategic guidance, including regular forecasting and proactive account management (for example, completion of joint business plans and marketing plans). Create and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and expansion of the brand. Support customers and represent the business at selected national and international conferences. Collaborate with the Marketing and New Product Development teams where appropriate, including providing market insights and information on key competitor products. Provide occasional support to UK Veterinary Technical and Sales Team. Carrying out any work which the company may from time to time deem necessary. Your Profile Skills and Abilities: Skilled, confident communicator, with a veterinary or scientific background and high level of energy and motivation to support our brand’s international growth Strong commercial skills are desirable but not essential Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships Strong time management and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Aptitude for working both as team member and individual contributor. A strong scientific understanding to allow technical selling of our veterinary product range. Education and Experience: We will consider a range of candidates for this role including veterinary surgeons moving away from clinical practice, or veterinary nurses/scientific degree holders with some experience of business development/account management.
