Are you highly organised with strong attention to detail? We’re seeking a Temporary Finance Assistant to support a busy finance team. This is a 2-week, office-based role with the potential to be extended.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with invoice processing and payment allocation
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Chase outstanding payments and manage related documentation
• Provide general administrative and finance support across the team
Key Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience with finance systems, ideally Access Financials
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
