Position Overview
This full-time, permanent role has a starting salary of £30,647 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week. The role is Family Information Service Advisor based in Woking and is open to hybrid working.

About the Role
The Family Information Service sits at the heart of Surrey's Early Help system, providing essential information and support to empower families. Your key responsibilities include responding to families and practitioners who reach out for guidance, creating and updating content for our website and social media, maintaining an up‑to‑date directory of services, and communicating effectively across phone, email, letter, and face‑to‑face channels.
Qualifications
* Some experience of supporting children, families and professionals
* Excellent communication skills across various channels
* Proficiency in writing for the web, social media or other communication platforms
* Familiarity with, or knowledge of, the Family Information Service
