Salary: Circa £36,000 (depending on experience & qualifications) + Pension + Bonus

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Stores / Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities within our Corby facility. This is a solo role, so the ability to manage your own time and workload is essential. You will be supported by our friendly and experienced administration team as needed.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
* Friday: 07:30 – 15:00
* 40-hour week (with 45-minute lunch breaks Mon–Thurs, 30 minutes on Friday)
Please note: Occasional additional hours may be required to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries for spare parts
* Liaising with the CAM aftersales team in Italy
* Preparing quotations for spare parts
* Packing and despatch of spare parts and units
* Booking incoming parts into stock
* Managing vehicle servicing and repairs
* Sourcing parts and consumables for the Engineering Department
* Monitoring and replenishing stock of packaging components and consumables
* Unloading and loading deliveries
* Overseeing Health & Safety in collaboration with the MD and Engineering Manager
* Coordinating building and site maintenance
* Staying on top of relevant administrative tasks
About You
You'll be someone who thrives in a varied role and enjoys getting stuck in. You'll have a flexible, practical approach and enjoy working independently.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Prior experience in a stores or warehouse environment
* Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
* Forklift licence (counterbalance, up to 4 tonnes)
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* NEBOSH qualification (essential for Health & Safety responsibilities)
* Competent with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Able to work on your own initiative and juggle multiple tasks
Desirable:
* First Aid qualification (or willingness to train)
* Maintenance or practical "hands-on" skills
