Job description:
We're hiring a Finance manager to take ownership of the finance function within a growth, leading SaaS business in London. You'll be joining a fast paced environment where stronger financial oversight is needed. You'll work closely with a strong Finance Director, who is looking for someone to support the finance team and wider business on finance related matters as well as up skilling where appropriate. This role suits someone confident, steady under pressure, and hungry. You'll play a key role in shaping how finance operates as the company continues to expand.
Roles and responsibilities:
Own the end to end finance function across multiple entities.
Lead and develop a small finance team, setting priorities, reviewing output, and driving accountability.
Deliver monthly group financial analysis and management accounts, providing clear commercial insight to senior leadership.
Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic and board-level decision making.
Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and systems to improve reporting speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Lead external audits and ensure ongoing compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
What would the ideal person look like:
Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Previous experience in SaaS companies is essential
Strong experience in group reporting or financial analysis
Confident navigating ERP/reporting tools
Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams
Curious, proactive, and eager to make a difference
