42 hours working shifts including days, nights and some weekends.
Role Overview
The Loss Prevention team plays a pivotal role in our large scale distribution operation. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will ensure warehouse security at all times, working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors, monitoring access to the site.
* Monitor CCTV, fire and intruder alarm systems to detect and deter theft.
* Conduct searches of people and vehicles to prevent loss of stock.
* Deal with incidents calmly and professionally, completing detailed reports and statements.
* Communicate security risks and incidents to the Loss Prevention Manager promptly.
Eligibility
* Flexible and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills.
* Can‑do attitude, initiative and ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Capability to handle potentially difficult situations involving conflict.
