Bristol (BS30) | Permanent | £40,000–£55,000 DOE

They’re now hiring an Operations Manager to elevate their entire operational function.
This is not a “steady state” role.
This is about taking a solid foundation and building something sharper, smarter and more scalable.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead and optimise:
* Project delivery
* Installations & despatch
* Multi-site operational teams
* Fleet & facilities
* New depot launches
* Systems and process improvements
You’ll sit at the heart of the business, balancing hands-on project delivery with strategic operational leadership.

Someone who:
* Has operations experience (multi-site ideal)
* Can manage managers and build high-performing teams
* Understands commercial drivers and cost control
* Has delivered measurable operational improvements
* Is comfortable project managing complex installations
* Takes Health & Safety seriously
* Enjoys structure, process and continuous improvement

Bristol-based with occasional travel (hybrid)
£40,000–£55,000 depending on experience
