Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation
* Assist with risk assessments, incident reporting, and compliance monitoring
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with council policies
* Liaise with internal teams to promote wellbeing and ensure safe working practices
* Provide administrative support to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team
Qualifications
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience in health and safety administration or HR support
* Familiarity with workplace wellbeing initiatives
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
