You'll take the reins of a talented team of billers and revenue controllers, driving excellence in billing operations and shaping the financial heartbeat of the firm.
What You'll Own
* Lead the Charge: Inspire and manage a high-performing billing team, setting the standard for accuracy and timeliness.
* Be the Expert: Roll up your sleeves as a hands-on billing guru, mentoring your team and elevating best practices.
* Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with internal colleagues, team heads, and group leaders to unify billing strategies across the business.
* Own the Process: Be the go-to authority on legal billing, from onboarding new clients to refining workflows.
* Drive Efficiency: Spot bottlenecks, solve problems, and streamline operations for maximum impact.
* Connect the Dots: Work closely with finance stakeholders to ensure seamless revenue cycle integration.
