As a Deputy Store Coach, you will be responsible for driving the store forward through effective stock control, product availability, campaign execution, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

* Handle customer queries with care and confidence, resolving issues promptly and implementing smart solutions to prevent recurrence.

* Recognize and appreciate great work regularly to keep the team motivated and valued.
* Champion individuality and inclusivity, encouraging everyone to bring their whole selves to work.
* Build team confidence and coach colleagues to excel in their roles.
* Support your Store Coach, especially on people-related tasks.
* Conduct regular wellbeing chats and career development discussions with your team, and identify future leaders as part of succession planning.
* Train your team for big-ticket sales, providing expert advice and personalized recommendations.
* Give real-time feedback and encouragement to foster growth.
* Maximize every sales opportunity, including multi-channel options like MPOS, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
* Mentor and support colleagues aiming for leadership roles.
* Assist in welcoming and training new team members to ensure they are prepared to succeed.
What we look for in you
* Management experience, ideally in retail or hospitality, with a hands-on approach.
* Ability to improve business performance and meet KPIs while maintaining store presentation.
* A passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
* Strong communication skills, team leadership, and a collaborative spirit.
