Responsibilities will include:
* Drive service standards and represent the Tesco brand well.
* Oversee workflow to prioritize day-to-day repairs using CMMS.
* Own and successfully deliver safe and legal audits.
* Ensure all PPMs are carried out within specified timeframes and implement recommendations—stand over L8 & LOLER and PUWER equipment on sites, ensuring legal compliance at all times.
* Deliver strong critical asset availability through a tenacious and pragmatic approach.
* Liaise with stakeholders on any intrinsic faulty equipment directly affecting operations.
* Maintain strong compliance in pest control through a proactive mindset.
* Coordinate and assure contractor works on-site; be the go-to person for best practices—manage parts inventory with a cost-conscious mindset.
* Drive continuous improvement on SSOW / SOPs.
* Complete any reasonable ad hoc requests as per line manager’s instructions—manage multi-site responsibilities and ownership.
* Follow our Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity and due diligence.
