We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our team at Dawlish Leisure Centre.
You could be doing anything from unlocking the leisure centre and setting up, to ordering supplies and checking everything is perfect for your customers. Then, once the day is in full swing, you'll ensure it's all running as it should be – handling customer queries, managing your team and ensuring the successful operation of the Leisure Centre.
You will have previous supervisory experience, as well as a pool lifeguard qualification and a first aid at work qualification.
This contract is to cover maternity leave for a minimum of 4-months with potential to extend.

* Lead effectively and be a good communicator.
* Understand health and safety principles and ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
* Have a first aid at work qualification.
* Have a pool lifeguard qualification.
* Provide excellent customer service to all pool users.
* Be proactive and able to identify day-to-day problems and resolve them as appropriate. You should be able to manage competing workloads and work well under pressure.
