About Ninja Nation ATX: Ninja Nation ATX is not just a gym—it’s an adventure! Our state-of-the-art Ninja Obstacle Course arena is designed to engage, challenge, and inspire both kids and adults. With world-class obstacles, open gym sessions, camps, classes, and unforgettable birthday parties, we’re all about fun, fitness, and personal growth. Most of our clients are families with kids 5-12 though we also offer adult programming.
Position Overview: As a Front Desk & Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that greets every guest, helps them navigate our services, and ensures they have an exceptional experience. You’ll also be a crucial part of our sales team, introducing guests to our exciting offerings, whether in-person or over the phone. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:
* Sales Passion: Enthusiastic about proactive sales, and helping connect people with the best option for them. Must be comfortable with making sales calls
* People Skills: A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Customer Service Excellence: Skilled in providing outstanding hospitality and handling a variety of customer needs.
* Written Communication: Warm professional writing style for outreach and response to email based customer inquiries and communication.
* Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets is essential; MindBody experience is a plus.
* Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to multitask and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive Work Environment: Ability to foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere among coworkers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Services: Welcome and check in members, manage waivers, and direct guests to the appropriate areas.
* Sales & Memberships: Answer questions about classes, memberships, and promotions; handle membership sign-ups and daily outbound sales calls.
* Event Coordination: Assist with birthday parties, camps, and special events.
* Facility Maintenance: Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized.
