What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Technical Controller or similar role in the automotive field. In-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes and technical systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
