Company Overview:
A well-established food manufacturing company in Evesham is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join its expanding engineering team, supporting high-speed automated production and site services equipment.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Predominantly electrical maintenance role with some mechanical responsibilities, focused on keeping production equipment running efficiently
* Skilled in fault-finding, carrying out planned maintenance and responding to breakdowns safely and effectively
* Able to identify performance issues, record findings clearly and communicate improvements to enhance reliability
* Ensures all equipment and maintenance activities meet safety and compliance standards within a regulated food production environment
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Solid experience in maintenance and fault diagnosis within a manufacturing environment
* Experience in food production or FMCG
* Both mechanical and electrical knowledge and experience
* Experience with refrigeration systems, glycol chillers or industrial boilers (desired)
* Basic welding skills advantageous
