Job Overview
Our Trade Counter Sales Assistants work towards providing the best customer experience for our clients, whilst also growing their knowledge about the large range of products we offer. This is to ensure that the customer gets what they want every time.
Location
Walthamstow office.
Responsibilities
* Process sales orders, ensuring details are accurate so that the customer gets what they need every time.
* Provide customers with quotations and offer technical advice about different products we stock.
* Process payments and organise returns or exchanges for the customer.
* Contact suppliers to chase orders, prices and product availability.
* Support the warehouse during busy/holiday periods as a real team player.
Working Hours
07:30-16:30 Mon‑Thurs / 07:30-15:00 Friday
Required Skills
* 1‑2 years of business‑to‑business sales or sales admin experience at any level.
* Computer literate.
* Confident manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Maths, English to GCSE level 4.
