Reporting to the Trade Planning Manager, you'll oversee the Commercial Critical Path (CP) and ensure the successful delivery of change and improvement projects. You'll manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed, and deploy effective project governance to ensure successful delivery and change implementation. This is a fixed term contract ending 28th February 2025.

Responsibilities
1. Manage the Commercial Critical Path, ensuring stakeholder alignment and reporting on risks and dependencies for milestones.
2. Align key projects to meet overarching objectives, coordinating stakeholders, prioritizing, and resolving conflicts.
3. Collaborate with Sponsors & Leads to identify, define, plan, and realize project and business benefits.
4. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.
5. Develop and agree on project scope, managing delivery and creating project plans with stakeholders.
6. Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
7. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and prioritize improvement projects based on effort vs. impact.
8. Support all project governance activities and ensure effective project governance.
9. Influence systems and documentation to support project organization.
10. Understand business change and ensure readiness for change implementation.
11. Assist Trade Planning team in project execution and developing processes for seamless handover to Business as Usual (BAU).
Qualifications
• Ability to influence without positional power
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience of communicating and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
• Proven experience of schedules/ scheduling tools/compliance management in complex retail or commercial environment
• Programme/Project Management skills and knowledge of principles
• Understanding of business processes
• Ability to support stakeholders through change
• Ability to prioritise others and their own workload – delivery focused
• Flexible in being able to adapt to changing business requirements
• Lead meetings and workshops to drive delivery
• Strong IT skills, including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
