About the Role Within this Commercial Litigation Partner role, you will be working on your own caseload of matters, including: Shareholders actions Partnership disputes Breach of contracts and warranties Professional negligence Commercial contract disputes NDAs Licensing agreements As well as this, you will be contributing to the overall department growth by building your own loyal client base, taking part in Business Development Initiatives, supporting the Heads of Departments and Partners with their work and supervising more junior members of the team by providing mentoring.
