Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Office Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will join our Facilities Management Cleaning Team based in Boston PE21. Your role will be to provide and maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for staff, users, and visitors throughout the residential housing site. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. This is a part-time, permanent role working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 11 AM.

Key responsibilities
1. Damp and spot mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces, fixtures, and fittings.
2. Cleaning toilet facilities, hand basins, and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap, and towels.
3. Sanitizing touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces.
4. Removing waste from internal litter bins in offices and meeting rooms.
5. Keeping tea/coffee points clean and tidy.
6. Vacuuming carpeted areas, including barrier matting.
Key requirements
* Adherence to safe working practices and consideration for site staff.
* Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses.
