(GTA) is seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Abingdon, Maryland. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional with strong writing, organizational, and graphic design skills.
Marketing Coordinator Key Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate proposals, SOQs, qualification packages, and RFP/RFQ responses, including SF-330 and SF-255 documentation
* Develop and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
* Support website updates, social media coordination, e-blasts, and digital marketing initiatives
* Maintain marketing databases, project experience information, and SharePoint resources
* Coordinate trade shows, conferences, client events, and recruiting materials
* Monitor procurement opportunities and assist with prequalification/vendor submissions
* Collaborate with technical staff and project managers to gather project information and maintain brand consistency
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
* Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
These are a PLUS:
* Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry
* Familiarity with Hootsuite, CRM software, or digital marketing tools
* Graphic design, photograph, or video production experience
