What You Will Do
Conduct comprehensive OT assessments in A&E, including ADLs, mobility, and manual handling evaluations.
Perform risk assessments and identify equipment needs for discharge planning.
Communicate findings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, reporting to the Therapy Department on the first floor, North Wing.
Deliver patient-focused interventions that enhance recovery and independence post-discharge.
Travel between locations as required; a valid driving licence is essential.
Requirements
HCPC registration is essential to practice as a qualified Occupational Therapist.
