We’re looking for passionate and dedicated educators who use explicit teaching strategies and excel in positive behaviour support to boost student learning and wellbeing and make a difference in students’ lives.
Suitable applicants will ideally be flexible, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and show a commitment to professional growth and collaborative team planning. You should be adept at self-reflection and continuously seeking ways to enhance your teaching practices. Experience with a range of disabilities and effective strategies for supporting individual development, PBS (Positive Behaviour Supports) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is highly valued.
